Margit Kocsis

Nascuda a Bogor, Java, de mare holandesa i pare hongarès.

Inicialment reconeguda com a model, forma la família a Catalunya,

on desenvolupa la seva obra.

La seva vessant humana és indestriable de la intensitat d’un món pictòric,

que basteix en pocs anys i amb un lliurament sense reserves.

Nacida en Bogor, Java, de madre holandesa y padre húngaro.

Reconocida inicialmente como modelo, forma familia en Catalunya,

donde desarrolla su obra.

Su vertiente humana es inseparable de la intensidad de un mundo pictórico

que   construye en pocos años y con una entrega sin reservas.

Born in Java of a Dutch mother and Hungarian father.

Originally well-known as a model, she made her home in Catalunya

and began to develop her craft.

Her humanity and strong artistic talent, together with unreserved commitment,

have meant she has produced a significant body of work in just a few years.
